The Swindon MECA Roller Disco takes place on the first Friday of EVERY month.
Family Roller Disco 6pm – 8pm
Over 18’s ONLY Roller Disco 8:30pm – 10:30pm

Pricing:

General Admission Ticket:
All attendees must have a ticket. £7.00 (Advance Bookings are subject to a 10% Booking Fee) £10.00 (On the door). 

Skate Hire: £2.00
Maximum Capacity: 300
Age Range: Family Session 4+ / Over 18’s Session – Strictly Over 18 years of age.
Customers aged 12 and under need to be have an adult present in the venue. Suggested ratio is 1 adult to 10 under 12s.
Skate Sizes: UK Infant 9 – Adult 13.

Pre-Booking

Booking in advance guarantees your admission. All ticket holder will be given priority admission over non-ticket holders. We cannot guarantee shoe sizes on exchanges although we will do our utmost to accommodate our customers. If you are unable to be fitted with a suitable pair of skates a full skate hire refund may be requested (on the night).

PRE-BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Tickets are non-refundable I non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • The Rules and Regulations of the venue, event organiser and promoter for which this ticket was purchased must be adhered to.
  • It is the ticket holders’ responsibility to establish whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event.
  • Venue management reserve the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches on entry.
  • There is no obligation to refund monies or exchange tickets if management alters or varies the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control.
  • The promoter, venue management and Ticket outlets accept no responsibility for any loss or injury etc. to persons or possessions caused by participation in this event.
  • Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
  • You are advised to check if the venue has a last entry time. Even ticket holders may not be admitted after this time.
  • lD. is required to purchase alcohol. Challenge 21 checks will be carried out for all purchases. English law governs all of these terms and conditions.

NO speed skating
NO drinks on the skating rink
NO food on the skating rink
NO skates on the staging, barriers or stairs
NO chewing gum
NO aggressive skating
NO spectators allowed on the skating rink
NO horseplay or disruptive behaviour
SKATE in an anti-clockwise direction, unless otherwise instructed
SKATE within your own ability

Roller Skating Disclaimer

Swindon MECA highly recommends the use of personal protective equipment during skating activity. This is available to hire free of charge at the skate hire desk. Wearing protective equipment will greatly reduce the chance of injury due to a fall / collision. Swindon MECA accepts no responsibility for injury caused by a fall / collision which would have otherwise not occurred if protective equipment had been worn.

Persons using their own skates and equipment are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of such, and Swindon MECA cannot be held responsible for any accidents, damage or injury caused by such skates and equipment to yourself, a third party or property of Swindon MECA .

Swindon MECA reserve the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the venue for any reason including behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance, or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of Swindon MECA .

People skating at this venue do so entirely at their own risk and Swindon MECA can not be held responsible for any accidents caused by in house structures, objects, or by actions of other skaters.

Swindon MECA are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage, howsoever caused, to yourself or third party, your property or clothing, and by purchasing a tickets and entering the building you agree to waive all your rights to pursue any form of claim of compensation against Swindon MECA unless such loss, injury or damage is caused by the negligence of Swindon MECA, their employees or agents.
